I have a borrower in DE, with a middle score of 608.┬а He is looking to purchase a duplex valued at $205,000.┬а The problem is I need to use 24 months of nak statements.┬а I have this loan with Meritage for an 80/20, but the way they are looking at deposits is making my DTI over 50%, if anyone knows a lender that could help I would appreciate it, also it is W2 stated wag earner.
